Da un interessante articolo di Fast Company "How to redesign your days to give you back a few extra hours every week", l'autrice Elizabeth Grace Saunders ci suggerisce 5 semplici regole:

  1. interrompi, smetti di fare qualcosa 

  2. limita qualcosa

  3. metti "in pausa" qualcosa

  4. delega qualcosa

  5. aggiungi qualcosa
